Just jump on the app, purchase a Senior Fanatic, Senior Freestyle, or Senior Flex Pass and someone from Zero Zero Two will reach out to you to get all of your Medicare details sorted. Our free Senior Open Play membership is also currently open to Silver Sneakers and Renew Active members for the summer. If you would like to inquire about a Senior Open Play membership, please submit your information below and we will contact you to get you set up.
