Our Code of Conduct

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the club, in its sole discretion and at any time with or without notice to the members, amend, may modify, alter, revoke and/or change the rules and regulations set forth below.

Member agrees that Member and Member’s guests shall, at all times, abide by and adhere to, all the safety guidelines, rules, instructions, signage, and regulations while using the Club facilities, equipment, or services.

a. Consumption of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or similar addictive substances is strictly prohibited at the Club’s facilities and may result in the suspension or termination of the Member’s Membership Plan.

b. Violence or abuse, whether physical or verbal, or profanity of any kind is not permitted in any form at the Club’s facilities and may result in the suspension or termination of the Member’s Membership Plan.

c. At least annually, Members will be required to update their membership status, personal information, and incidental Payment Method.

d. Members must respect each Member, guest, and staff/employee at the Club’s facilities in all circumstances and take proper care of the courts and equipment before, during, and after every use.

e. Before and after play, Members must clear the pickleball playing area of any obstructions, obstacles or potential safety hazards.

f. At all times, appropriate clothing, footwear and equipment shall be worn by Members utilizing the pickleball courts

g. Members must abide by the Rules of Play as posted throughout the Club’s facilities, which may be updated, changed and/or modified from time to time at the sole discretion of the Club.
